This session redefines what negotiation looks like in today’s collaborative workplace. Participants explore everyday negotiation scenarios—from working with teammates to securing client alignment—and learn to shift from win-lose dynamics to solutions that work for all parties. Through roleplay, reflective discussion, practical frameworks and interest-based bargaining, learners build the skills to show up strategically and empathetically in any negotiation.
By practicing both competitive and collaborative techniques, participants leave equipped to approach negotiations with clarity, adaptability, and confidence.
